Adelaide actress Teresa Palmer was a beautiful bride – and glowing mum-to-be – as she wed American actor and director Mark Webber in a bohemian ceremony under the Mexican sun.

Proudly showing off her baby bump in a custom Pallas Couture lace gown, the Warm Bodies star tied the knot with Webber on Dec. 21 in an intimate seaside wedding, which borrowed from Christian, Buddhist, Hindu and Native American traditions.

“It was a real celebration of love,” Palmer, 27, tells WHO.

Webber, 33, adds that from the moment they met over Twitter and began their whirlwind 15-month romance, they knew they wanted to be husband and wife: “We just exploded from the moment we met,” he says. “We planned on having a child and getting married–those were the top two things–and we got right to it.”

When Palmer fell pregnant midway through planning the big day, they briefly considered postponing their nuptials. But Palmer believes it made their wedding day all the more special.

“I always thought I wouldn’t want to be pregnant at my wedding,” says Palmer. “But I love it. It’s beautiful to know our baby was there with us. And I’ve never really been that traditional.”

Bumpin’ bride! Pregnant Teresa Palmer married Mark Webber on Saturday, Dec. 21, a source confirms to Us Weekly. The couple, who are expecting their first child together, said “I do” in Mexico.

An insider tells Us, “They wanted to get married before the baby arrives.”

The newlyweds tied the knot at a private house overlooking the ocean in Punta Mita, an eyewitness tells Us. The blushing bride wore a white lace dress with embellishments at the shoulders. Palmer proudly showed off her baby bump, as the two said their vows underneath an altar decorated with greenery and white and pink flowers. “They were holding hands the entire time,” the insider adds.

The 27-year-old Australian actress and 33-year-old For a Good Time, Call actor announced they were engaged on Twitter back in August. Less than two weeks later, they confirmed they were expecting their first child. (Webber is already a father to a young son, Isaac Love, with actress Frankie Shaw.)

The Warm Bodies star celebrated her baby shower with friends and family at Red O restaurant in West Hollywood on Dec. 15. “Teresa looked so happy and thrilled to be having a baby,” an eyewitness told Us. “She was smiling the entire afternoon and excited to have her friends around her.”

Guests, including actress (and new mom) Jaime King, enjoyed Mexican food and decorated baby bibs during the party.

“Everyone was posing for pictures and rubbing Teresa’s belly, seeing if they could feel the baby kick,” the insider told Us. “Mark always had his hand on Teresa’s stomach as well, and seemed excited and proud.”
